Five Literary Elements
Dynamic means a character in a book has changed from the beginning of the book until the end. In the beginning of my book Adrian was completely full of himself. He made fun of people, had tons of money, yelled at people who tried to help him or did something wrong, and had no real friends, his girlfriend didn't really even love him. Exposition gives you the background information of the story. In my story the exposition would be that Adrian came from a rich father who was a famous man. All the kids at his school were crazy about him. They would have killed to be his best friend, but even his "best friend" wasn't his actual best friend. Adrian didn't realize this until he became a beast. Once he snuck out of his house at night and went to a party, most of the kids from his school where there. Adrian had heard his old best friend and one of his other friends talking about him. He was devastated. The climax in this story was when Adrian and Linda started to become really good friends. This was the time when Linda started to like Adrian, more than a friend. They spent almost every moment together. They loved each other deeply. The falling climax in this book was when Adrian had to save Linda, one he saved her and they kissed her transformed back into his human self. Once Linda realized who Adrian was she relized how much she really did love Adrian. Dramatic irony is when us, the reader, think or know one thing and the other characters do not. Such as, we knew that Adrian loved Linda; Linda did not know Adrian loved her. Linda did not know she truly loved Adrian, but she soon figured it out.
